In term 3, we got paired up and made a 1 minute ad with a interview with a glass of water or a fish, cow and maybe a mayfly.  It turned out pretty well. We had to create a message about the health of the Ashburton River in our ads.  After we knew what to do we filmed it some people had to film there's a couple of times.

In the last week of term 2, our class was given the challenge of completing a colourwheel.  We had to make various shades of secondary colours so it took a lot of experimenting.  Purple was hard for everyone for some reason.  Look at the fun we were having...

This year we have been doing gymnastics with Miss Church.

This group presented to the Busy Bees room- our buddy class. Their question was, 'What happens to the recycling?' They visited Wastebusters to learn more. All the groups enjoyed sharing their learning and answering questions.  They all did really well in the short tim

Over the past few weeks we've been practising our hockey skills with the Mid Canterbury Hockey Association.  The students reflected on this yesterday and all reported that they had loads of fun!
